1991 : First Ammonium Chloride Manufacturing Plant was built in Shi-Jia-Zhuang City, Hebei Province in China

1995 : Receive authorization from Ministry of Commerce of P.R. China to import and export company¡¯s products.

2000 : Smart Chemicals Group Co. Ltd. was established, with 5 chemical manufacturing plants, and 41 products.

2003 : Head office was established in Shanghai, China.

2005 : Smart Chemicals Group Co. Ltd. acquired its 6th manufacturing plant in China. Annual sale reached US$ 120,000,000

2011 : Smart Chemicals Group Co. Ltd. acquired Nantong Finc Chemicals Co., Ltd.

2013 : We established our office in Los Angeles.

2021 : We set up a new plant in Linyi Shandong.

2023 : Our first oversea plant -- Thailand plant began to produce chemicals.
